Will no longer be a client. They have prepared my taxes for two years, and I have recently contacted them with new tax issues. They took a long time-weeks after numerous calls to them -to return my call and once I finally spoke with somebody, they told me to contact the IRS directly and figure things out for myself. This is unacceptable.
