5720 Forest Park Rd, Dallas, TX 75235 · 58 views
F · 40

Inwood on the Park in Dallas, TX, receives a low overall score due to consistent negative feedback regarding management responsiveness, pest issues (especially roaches), and recurring safety concerns including break-ins and vandalism. While some sources highlight its convenient location and amenities, these are often overshadowed by significant operational and security problems. The property has had multiple management changes, none of which appear to have fully resolved resident complaints.

1)The fire alarms go off all the time, which is not just annoying but a sign there may be a fire risk issue. 2)The elevator has not been repaired for at least 6 months in a 5 storey building!
I can walk to UTSW. I feel very safe within the gates and in the halls (I'm a 5'2" female). If you're willing to pay the rent (which I think is kinda high) and you want to be close to UTSW, this is a fine place.

I have lived here for over a year, and it has been incredibly quiet. I absolutely love the tall ceilings and large loft-style windows. My biggest concern when moving was dealing with stomping or loud neighbors, but in over a year, I haven’t had a single issue.

Oak Row North Dallas appears to be a modern apartment community with a wide range of amenities. While there are plenty of available units and extensive property details, there are no resident reviews available from the provided sources to comprehensively assess tenant satisfaction or concerns with management and specific issues like pests or safety. The scores for these categories are based on general assumptions of a new, well-equipped complex, but should be viewed with caution due to the lack of direct resident feedback.

The Dahlia has a mixed reputation. While many residents praise the management team, specifically Jackie and Rachel, for their responsiveness and helpfulness, there are significant concerns regarding pests, maintenance, and safety. The overall sentiment is pulled down by recurring issues that seem to go unresolved for some tenants.

For the past 3 months, I’ve received extremely high water bills 200$ up to 400$ water bills. Management has tried to “help” but in reality only care about what’s best for the complex.
Miss Rachel was pleasant, eager to assist and very helpful in all aspects of the rental details, I am grateful. Thank you Rachel

This is the worst “brand new” build I’ve moved into. The unit has multiple issues including messy glue on showers/door entrances, misaligned cabinets, weird stains on floors (pink and white), cabinet with broken wood, uneven floors with gaps, stain on window coverings, paint on exterior windows, scratches on door han
I tour last week. The Lady that took me was amazing. She was kind. She was generous. She was very thoughtful. I really enjoyed her. She was nice to me and I really will go back to because of the way she treated me.

Security is a joke, with multiple ways to enter the residence areas through common areas accessible off the street. Elevators break frequently. From the outside, it has the appearance of a modern apartment complex, but it's actually a rundown mess.
Kevin Watkins was incredible! He was quick and fixed everything nicely! Super friendly and professional!
