Horrible just moved in about a week ago and both my wife and I was told the apartment was move in ready, got into the apartment there was a huge hole in my ceiling in the closet, roach infested, gnats all in my refrigerator and freezer (NOW PLEASE TELL ME WHO WOULD PUT THEIR GROCERIES IN A REFRIGERATOR LIKE THAT), Mold on the shower head, which my wife is allergic to, walls weren’t painted, ceiling fan is dirty, outlet covers are dirty, door peephole was covered with paint, blinds barely work. Had a bad experience with the property manager she called the police on me 6 police cars showed up just for one black African American man who’s just wants a new refrigerator that’s all. (Now I’m not even feeling safe in this state anymore).
So far this has been a wonderful experience. From the application process to getting into my apartment. Aliyah was very responsive and communicative. She made the process so much easier than I would’ve expected! I have the classic apartment and other than light wear and tear. It’s a really good apartment. My neighbors aren’t loud.
