Recently got new management back in October of 2024, ever since then building has gone down the drain. Management has been here for almost 5 months and still does not know how to do their jobs, they’re never in the office, they never answer the phone.

During our stay, we repeatedly experienced serious water intrusion whenever it rained. Water entered through the bedroom window, front door, and balcony, and on several occasions, nearly half of our bedroom carpet was soaked. This happened approximately 5–6 times, and despite multiple maintenance complaints, the underlying issue was never permanently fixed.
