Extremely helpful and knowledgeable and most importantly extremely caring , I am so pleased with my experience and look forward to being a new resident at CBLofts .   I moved out on March 16th and it has now been over 30 days, yet I still have not received my security deposit or any communication about when I will. I was told it would be returned within the required timeframe, but that has not happened. What makes this even more frustrating is that someone is already living in my old unit, so there is no reason for any delay. I even received a message about the new resident’s mail being delivered to me, which shows they haven’t even properly updated their system. I have made multiple attempts to contact property management for updates and no one answers the phone or responds. I also requested an itemized list of any deductions from my deposit and have received nothing. This lack of communication and failure to return my deposit is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Times are hard and no one has money to just leave floating around. Just as rent was expected to be paid on time, deposits should be returned on time as well.
